This itinerary covers the same three headline parks as our premium circuits — the wildlife doesn’t change based on budget — but keeps costs down by staying at public campsites with shared facilities rather than lodges, and using a set group departure to split vehicle and guide costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the campsite facilities actually like?Public campsites offer shared, basic toilet and shower blocks, usually with limited hot water; genuinely basic but functional, and unfenced, meaning wildlife occasionally wanders through camp at night.
How does game viewing quality compare to a lodge-based safari?Identical — the same vehicle, guide and park areas are used regardless of where you sleep; only the accommodation standard differs.
